Simple and convenient installation

The use of the MaxiWarm casing technology and two condensation trays make the installation of the Ventiflex Reku Premium heat recovery ventilation unit intuitive, simple and quick. Each device can be mounted in virtually any mounting position. Vertically or horizontally, on the wall, or directly under the ceiling or on the floor (left and right version in one device). The Ventiflex Reku Premium is not only the highest comfort of use, but also easy installation.

Clean air of the highest class

The Ventiflex Reku Premium heat recovery ventilation unit has been designed to be as intuitive to control as possible and optimally suited to the requirements of its users. It is therefore possible to control based on a user-defined weekly schedule with an indication of the unit working hours. Another way is to select a fully automatic mode when CO2 and humidity sensors are connected. In this mode, the unit ensures clean and fresh air in the house throughout the day. The use of this mode makes it possible to fully use the advantages of the Ventiflex Reku Premium heat recovery ventilation unit and to achieve the highest efficiency class A+.

The possibility of ordering the Ventiflex Reku Premium E model with an enthalpy exchanger

The cross-counter flow enthalpy heat exchanger uses total energy potential included in air. It performs heat and moisture exchange between the exhaust and intake air, contributing to energy savings and cost reduction. A special membrane allows water vapour to pass through it while preventing the entry of pollution, viruses and bacteria. The use of the enthalpy exchanger eliminates the problems related to dry air during the heating season, reduces the cost of room air-conditioning in summer and improves the comfort of staying indoors throughout the year, ensuring the appropriate level of relative humidity within the range of 30-60%. The heat recovery ventilation unit equipped with the enthalpy exchanger stands out for reduced electricity consumption for operation of the pre-heater, which reduces the operating cost of the unit.

Ventiflex Reku Basic Eco

The Ventiflex Reku Basic Eco heat recovery ventilation units, made of EPP, are characterized by excellent acoustic and thermal insulation properties. They have an innovative anti-freeze system – the use of a pre-heater is not required.

The heat recovery ventilation units are equipped with two condensation trays and therefore they can be installed in many planes – both as a horizontal version and suspended one. Additionally, thanks to the access to the filter pockets from both sides of the unit, the Ventiflex Reku Basic Eco HRVUs can be installed as the left or right version.

Filters located on the supply and exhaust air side

To improve indoor air quality and protect the unit at the same time, G4, M5 or F7 class filters can be used for supply and exhaust air ducts.

Control system suited to the needs

The Ventiflex Reku Basic Eco HRVUs are equipped with the COMPIT 5-inch colour touch panel that serves as a room thermostat, giving the possibility of controlling the heat source of the central heating via the integrated weekly schedule.

Options for expanding the system by air quality sensors such as: temperature, humidity, CO2, PM 1, PM 2,5 and PM 10 sensors.

When the Internet module is connected, it is possible to control via the web application or browser. It is also possible to extend the control system by the Smart Home management module.

100% By-Pass

As standard the units are equipped with a by-pass ventilation. During by-pass ventilation, no heat transfer occurs between exhaust and fresh air stream. In transition periods and at nights in summer, by-pass module helps to cool down (free-cooling) and heat up (free-heating) the building without any energy expense.

Fans

EC centrifugal fans by AFL: supply and exhaust single-sided suction fan with backward curved blades and an EC (electronically commutated) motor with an external rotor. The EC motors have higher efficiency and simple speed control. The fan blades have aerodynamic efficient design. The use of EC motors reduces energy consumption and increases the energy efficiency of the unit. With EC fans, maintenance costs are reduced as the fans are directly connected to the motors; the belt and pulley problems are eliminated. The fans are located on the air intake and exhaust side to improve the installation acoustics inside the building.

Casing and insulation

The HRVU casing made of 40mm thick EPP ensures very good acoustic and thermal insulation. The Ventiflex Reku Basic Eco HRVUs can be located indoors where temperature does not fall below -10°C.

Heat recovery exchanger

The Ventiflex Reku Basic Eco heat recovery ventilation units are equipped with the highest quality Recair/Core counter-flow heat exchangers with a heat exchange surface of 26m2. These high efficiency heat exchangers are characterised by very high heat recovery efficiency of up to 95.3% and very low pressure decrease due to the used unique (and patented) design of channels.
